At its broadest definition, forced feminisation, or sissification, is usually defined as when a male ‘submissive’ is ‘forced’ to adopt feminine behaviours and mannerisms and to crossdress at the command of his dominant partner.
Obviously, the terms submissive and forced are part of the forced feminisation narrative and in practice, the male is neither forced nor always truly a submissive but he accepts the role. But from my experience, forced feminisation includes several other fetishes to be true feminisation and submission.
Let’s be straight, forced feminisation is a sexual fetish. I and my husband find it incredibly erotic and this adds a lot of great spice to our relationship. However, I don’t believe it would work if it were just an occasional dress-up game for the bedroom.

In reality, my husband’s forced feminisation is an element of our Female-Led Relationship and without that, it’s merely a game. That’s fine if that’s what you want but I don’t.
So what is forced feminisation and how does it work?
Female Led Relationship (FLR)
Forced feminisation by its definition requires the male to be submissive or dominated. In most cases, this means submissive to a dominant woman. In a marriage or long-term relationship such as mine, forced feminisation requires a female-led relationship to function.
Note however, that an FLR does not require forced feminisation as the male only has to be submissive not feminised.
Therefore, true forced feminisation requires an active female-led relationship whether long term or temporary.
Feminisation / Sissification
At its basic level, this involves a dominant partner forcing a male to dress up as a female. In some ways, that is more like petticoat punishment – a male being put into female clothes for having done something wrong.
It will also involve the male having to adopt female characteristics and mannerisms such as being dainty, sitting and walking like a female and being given a girl’s name and referred to as a she.
Being force feminised (or sissified) and having to behave like a submissive sissy is very different from being a transgender woman of course. Being a transgender woman is about dressing and acting as a woman because that is how the person feels as a gender and it gives them comfort and feels right.
Forced feminisation, however, is about discomfort as the male is required to dress and act as a female by a dominant person and this is therefore a humiliation as he is not female and it’s a strong culural taboo for him It feels wrong and that is the pleasure and the arousal from wearing clothes of the opposite gender.
For example, my husband remains male but is humiliated into being forced to dress and act as a girl, particularly an exaggerated submissive girl. And while I accept he is male underneath, I will not use male pronouns or his old male name. She is Alice. Or more commonly these days, I refer to her as Girl.
This feminisation works for both of us.
I expect my husband (Girl) to present as a submissive girl at home and I get annoyed if she does not dress as a feminine or use female mannerisms, such as sitting on the toilet. I prefer my husband feminised. In fact, I’d like her to be feminised permanently.
Forced feminisation may appear to be devaluing femininity by using it a source of humiliation but it is not. My husband has immense respect for women and giving up power to me as a woman is a demonstration of that respect. Indeed, the gender reversal is on my husband’s part as I remain, act and dress at all times as a woman.
The humiliation for my husband and the power surge for me is in forcing him to wear extremely feminine and revealing clothing and breaking a strong cultural taboo for men to not be feminine. I love that I can do that to my husband and he loves being able to give up what society expects from a male.
So what more is forced feminisation?
But is this all there is to forced feminisation? I think not.
Clothing
The female clothes I expect Girl to wear are not the same as mine: they are more sexual, more bimbo and more revealing. I often expect her to have her genitals exposed and decorated for example.
This is an example of the humiliation aspect that attracts us both, me giving and Alice receiving.
Punishment
Punishment forms a part of our forced feminsation and, although not heavy, I do slap and spank her at will.
Naming
Renaming her parts is also part of forced feminisation, she has a clitty and a sissy vagina; no male names are permitted.
Genital and orgasm control
The penis is a very masculine object. Forced feminisation of your male partner requires the dominant (me in this case) to remove this masculinity otherwise femininity cannot be achieved.
Many dominant partners lock their sissy in a chastity cage for control and domination of the male clitty. I use a chastity cage on Alice Girl for slightly different reasons and only at specific times.
- I will lock her away if I’m not at home so she is unable to play with herself.
- I lock her away in a tiny cage at times as I wish to reduce the size of her clitty to make it more feminine and less masculine.
When I’m at home I often like her clitty exposed and displayed for me so it will not be locked. And whilst I do not practise chastity and expect her to perform regularly in bed for me, I do not permit her to orgasm/cum which achieves the same end as chastity and gives me full control of her genitals.
(I do occasionally give her a ruined orgasm these days).
Sissy relationships
In recent years I’ve come to believe that sexual relationships with males is also an element of this lifestyle. It’s the ultimate humiliation for a heterosexual male to be ‘forced’ to have sex with another male and a full demonstration of a submissive males femininity.
I believe that the full forced feminisation lifestyle requires the submissive to adopt all aspect of femininity and this for me now also includes this element.
I call this the final frontier but it’s a necessary step in my mind for Girl. Although I now ´force’ her to give blowjobs to a lifelike penis dildo and I insert butt plugs in her sissy vagina, for various reasons not least the Covid pandemic and other personal matters, I have been thwarted in moving her onto the real thing.
Girl is not as keen as me for this to happen but she knows and accepts I am determined for her to go all the way.
What is forced feminisation?
Forced feminisation means different things to everyone, from crossdressing to forced bisexual. For me, forced feminisation involves all the elements I’ve described in this article and operates within a female-led relationship.
