The male partner wants to live in a submissive relationship with a dominant woman who wants to take the lead. It works for both.

These assumptions are based entirely on the fetish angle, as if that is the reality of an FLR for every second. Indeed, it was why I began this blog in the first place, writing about how to live an FLR in the real world.
The focus on the FLR fetish side is also why I get so many emails from men asking how to find a Mistress to feminise them and live in an FLR. Or how to get their wife to feminise them and start an FLR. Wrong questions entirely. The reality of an FLR is different and the fetish element is only part of what is, in real life, also a wider vanilla-type relationship.
