Every mistress has to maintain sissy training, even when you’ve succeeded in turning your man into a sissy, as I have. It’s an overhead of any FLR.
Although sissy may be a willing participant, she won’t always understand exactly how you want them to be and they can let standards slip. They are sissies after all. I’m going to look at my own FLR as the example of ongoing sissy training.

Repetiton
Making my sissy do the same thing over and over is my standard method of training. Social conditioning will have conditioned their minds to one way of behaviour. This has to be broken down and replaced by new behaviours. It takes time.
One example is sitting style. Men tend to throw themselves down and sit with their legs apart so this needs to be changed. Occasionally, I will make Alice practise several times putting herself down in a delicate way and sitting with her knees together, legs to one side. Other repetition activities include curtseying and walking like a girl.
Alice still forgets to act like a proper sissy girl although repetition has sanded off some of the rough edges. It’s important to practise.
Clothing
I don’t believe a mistress should allow sissies to become used to their female clothing. I know that sounds counter-intuitive but I have my reasons: I like to keep Alice on her toes and feeling a little uncomfortable. A sissy can become too used to wearing a nice skirt. I change things around and update her wardrobe from time to time.
It’s fun to buy her the most girly sissy clothes possible, skirts with pleats or ra-ra styles are particularly good fun for dressing her up.

Orgasm Control
Since I don’t allow Alice to cum any more, I am training her to become accustomed to not orgasming. I need her little clitty hard for long periods for my enjoyment. I’ve added daily sessions where she has to bring herself to the point then stop.
